    • Sign On Bonus: $5,000
    • Schedule: Part Time, Day Shift, 5:45a - 4:15p (roughly) Every 3rd Saturday plus Holiday rotation
    • Starting Pay: $33.35 (dependent on experience)
    • Shift Differentials: Available for night, weekend, and additional shifts
Location: Fond du Lac Health Plaza B on Camelot drive and Beaver Dam Dialysis Center

This position is located at both Beaver Dam Dialysis (part of Waupun Memorial Hospital) and the Fond du Lac location on Camelot drive. It consists of 16 station chairs and one isolation station. The selected candidate will be responsible for Initiating and termination of dialysis for patients, accessing patient labs, delegating and coordination of care plans and much more.

-Med/Surg, Dialysis or ICU experience preferred!

• Uses standards of medical-surgical nursing practice to increase the quality of care and quality of life for the patient, family, and significant other(s) by systematically evaluating the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
