Customer Service Representative (CSR)

L.A. Hydro Jet and Rooter Services, (a Helios Commercial Service Partners company) is a rapidly growing plumbing service company, that offers steady / stable employment. All positions are due to growth and we are looking for a few strong candidates. L.A. Hydro Jet and Rooter Services offers a great work environment along with great perks.

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is a quick learner and thrives in a quick paced environment. Applicants must be confident, detailed, organized, and a forward thinker. The candidate must be a strong decision maker, multi-tasker & detailed oriented.

Location:  in office in Sun Valley, California

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM

           Fridays from 11 AM to 8 PM

Additionally, every third Saturday is a rotation, with shifts from 11 AM to 8 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM

 If required to work on a Saturday, You will Receive Thursday Off

WHAT L.A. Hydro-Jet & Rooter Services NEEDS FROM YOU:

• Must have Inbound heavy volume call center experience
• Answering phones & emails
• Inputting new work orders into the system for dispatch
• Scheduling service requests
• Clerical duties and reports
• Back-up training in different departments

• Minimum of 3 years of office experience
• Past customer service experience preferred

L.A. Hydro Jet and Rooter Services, a Helios company, determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $21.00 to $23.25/hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
