What We Are Looking For

 

We are currently seeking a Medical Front Office to join our well-established, multiple provider, Family Medicine office

Responsibilities

When working as Medical Front Office you are the first point of contact for patients in the office. You will:

  • Obtain personal and insurance data from the patient and enter information into the EMR.
  • Monitor the flow of patients.
  • Complete all necessary insurance forms for registration to ensure proper reimbursement from payors.
  • Prepare daily deposit and reconciliation.
  • Ensure an adequate stock of front office supplies.
  • Answer the phone utilizing quality customer service skills.
  • Manage patient appointments

The Medical Front Office/Medical Assistant supports the organization with exceptional customer service and treats all patients with respect and dignity. They ensure the office and front reception area runs smoothly and patient flow and satisfaction are at optimum.

 

Hours

Monday-Thursday: 6:45AM to 4:00PM Friday: 6:45AM to 12:00PM

 

Location

Join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.

 

Essential Education, Experience and Skills:

 

Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

 

Experience: Typing and computer proficiency

 

Skills: Ability to multi-task, provide quality customer service, prioritize, and think critically in a fast-paced environment.

 

Valued But Not Required Education, Experience and Skills:

 

Education: Medical Administrative Assistant Certificate or equivalent

Experience: Prior experience working in registration or front office in a physician’s office, hospital emergency department and/or urgent care setting
