Join our Fiscal and Budget Services team and play an important role in planning and executing the agency budget to support the agency’s vital mission. DLCD is a small, but dynamic organization, with a wide range of programs related to land use planning and diverse funding sources.
This position serves as a fiscal analyst for DLCD, as the primary fiscal analyst for the Housing Services Division, Housing Accountability and Production Office, and Administration programs. Housing Services Division and Housing Accountability and Production Office are entrusted to address the diverse housing needs of Oregon communities. These programs work to promote increased housing production, affordability, and choice. Administration programs provide tdfhe fundamental building blocks of agency operations.
As a Fiscal Analyst you will:
- Develop and monitor program budgets.
- Work with management to develop budgetary needs of existing and new activities, including analysis and forecast of revenue and expenditure trends and program modifications.
