Maintenance Groundskeeper

Grounds & Facilities 

• Perform daily landscaping, mowing, trimming, watering, and general lawn care. 

• Perform lawn sprinkler system maintenance.  

• Maintain guest cabins, staff housing, and shared facilities in clean and functional condition. 

• Provide upkeep and basic repairs for public facilities, including swimming pool maintenance. 

• Collect and remove trash and recycling from guest and staff areas. 

• Assist with snow removal, trail upkeep, and seasonal grounds projects. 

Vehicles, Tools & Equipment 

• Safely operate and maintain heavy mowing equipment, tractors, and other machinery. 

• Partner with AMB West’s maintenance team to complete routine service on vehicles and equipment. 

• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies for groundskeeping tasks. 

General Support 

• Assist with occasional dishwashing and other hands-on support during peak guest seasons. 

• Assist with guest transportation.  

• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and management promptly and professionally. 

Required Qualifications 

• Minimum 21 years of age. 

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 

• Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead. 

• Ability to stand 10+ hours/day and sit 5+ hours/day as needed. 

• Comfort operating mowing equipment, tractors, and basic machinery (training provided). 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience. 

• Familiarity with pool care and facility maintenance. 

• Basic vehicle/equipment maintenance skills. 

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
