For cross-border transactions, we deploy multinational teams from the international EY SaT network. <br/> Within SaT, our Mergers and Acquisitions team is looking to reinforce the team with talented professionals in a Senior Consultant role.</p> <p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities<br/>  </p> <p>As a Senior Consultant Mergers &amp; Acquisitions, you will work on buy- and sell-side M&amp;A transactions. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Assist corporates and financial investors in managing the M&amp;A process from deal sourcing to final closing</li> <li>Assist in drafting all transaction documentation such as a pitch, proposal, teaser, information memorandum, management presentation a.o.</li> <li>Assist in identifying a long list of (international) potential buyers, both strategic and financial</li> <li>Assist in developing a business plan in order to make a valuation of the company</li> <li>Assist in the coordination of the due diligence process</li> <li>Assist in negotiations of commercial terms and legal documentation</li> <li>Assist in giving financial advice to clients on all transaction-related matters</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Profile</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Master degree in finance, economics, business or related subject</li> <li>2-4 years of experience, within a consultancy firm, investment bank or M&amp;A department of a large corporate  </li> <li>Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English, orally and in writing</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with good understanding of financial results and valuation techniques</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, client-focused and result-oriented</li> <li>Very capable in PowerPoint and Excel</li> <li>Team player, eager to learn, stress-resistant, entrepreneurial, pro-active and hands-on</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What working at EY offers</p> <ul> <li>Attractive remuneration package - we offer an attractive remuneration package; including a company car and fuel card, iPhone plus subscription, health insurance, pension plan, meal vouchers and eco vouchers.
