Job Summary:

Oversees the design and implementation of advanced analytics models, dashboards, and visualizations for IPTs and OB3 decision support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and codify critical business metrics.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and executive-level data visualizations.
  • Implement and continuously optimize advanced analytics models to enable robust reporting and measurement of program outcomes.
  • Lead efforts to integrate workforce and financial datasets, supporting strategic priorities and executive briefings.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable insights, recommendations, and improvement proposals.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in federal data analytics, business intelligence, or performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in leading BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), statistical analysis, and data visualization.
