POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:The Leasing Coordinator Assistant is responsible for assisting Leasing Coordinators with the leasing process. The Leasing Coordinator Assistant is responsible for providing quality services and solutions to our clients while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Record third party leasing vendors’ payments and pre-funding notes.2. Reconcile payments received for A/R leasing accounts.3. Organize and prepare leasing account applications for approval.4. Answer clients’ and external leasing agents’ questions regarding leases and MAPs.5. Assist Sales Representatives with trade-up and buyout quotes, co-term rates, special rate quotes and other requests.6. Maintain equipment pricing, service and lease rates within DQM quoting tool.7. Constantly monitor team inboxes including DQM, DS Billing, Contract Services and Leasing and respond timely or forward to appropriate receiver.8. Monitor the DS Billing inbox including printing sales tracking sheets, entering data, matching rates and filing.9. Support in/out documentation for remote Leasing Coordinators.10. Receive funded packet from remote Leasing Coordinators and submit into workflow.11. Accurately maintain documentation and comply with administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry.12. Attend required company and departmental meetings.13. Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the employee handbook.14. Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- EDUCATION
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
- EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of previous related experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications including Excel and Outlook.
- Superior internal and external customer service and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, dedicated to the challenge of helping other people.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed reports.
- Excellent organizational and time/task management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work within a defined timeline and to operate with changing priorities.
- Function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client orientated department.
- Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no supervision.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment.
