The Role

As Group Product Manager for Flock Safety, you’ll lead the team of product managers driving our core SaaS B2B products across web and mobile. You’ll mentor your team to create products customers love by running product discovery and delivery to translate ideas into strategy and outcomes and follow product development from start to finish. You are a true humble leader, here to help the teams do their best work and collaborate closely with design and engineering to balance best practices, experiments and flexibility to suit the situation. This role reports to the VP of Product and is a key member of the Product Team leadership.

How you'll make an impact:

Lead a team of product managers across web and mobile in collecting and analyzing feedback to shape product requirements
Define a clear product vision and strategy, driving organizational alignment
Coach your PMs in developing a deep understanding of our customers and advocate relentlessly for the best product user experience on their behalf through market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis
As a player-coach, collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure product success
Work closely with the growth team to ensure product success and revenue generation
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Foster an environment of continuous improvement and team empowerment

We're looking for people who:

5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in the B2B or enterprise software industry
Prior experience leading, mentoring and growing product managers (web app, mobile and/or platform)
Experience driving product discovery and delivery - working closely with designers and engineers to conduct user testing, validation and development
Enthusiastic team player with outstanding organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, right-sizing process to enable the team and managing expectations across various stakeholders
