Job Summary: 
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Production Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by conducting visual inspections and accurately recording data in accordance with established procedures. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact on product quality and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities: 

• Performs skilled tasks, operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, inspecting products for quality, performing minor maintenance, and maintaining documentation to ensure production meets quality and regulatory standards, often requiring more autonomy

• Conduct visual inspections on finished goods according to established procedures and guidelines

• Accurately record inspection results in designated systems

• Identify defects or irregularities and report them immediately to supervisors

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area

• Adhere to all safety regulations and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to product quality

• Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills

• Operating complex machinery, managing materials, conducting quality checks, resolving production issues, and contributing to a safe and organized work environment.

Are you a MATCH?

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and written

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred but not required
