He/she ensures the coordination between BOSS teams (Service Now – SGS IT/Accenture) and the Country.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>: </p><ul><li>Coordinate requests and activities of the BOSS Superusers;</li><li>Coordinate and get local approval for new business requirements (enter to SNOW);</li><li>Ensure that any User has the proper training on BOSS (see SGS Campus);</li><li>Contact / inform BOSS AM/AD when specific issue requires conf call / web conference clarification;</li><li>Coordinate local technical activities with Local IT;</li><li>Be informed by BOSS AM/MD and cascade any global issues and resolutions;</li><li>Coordinate test / UAT for global or local evolution;</li><li>Be the in-country process champion;</li><li>Overall understanding of the Modules in scope of Oracle ERP solutions enabled in the country. Involvement/Ownership over the Oracle related processes. Control over topics active in country including Incidents, Service Requests, Demands, Enhancements. Project working with the SGS AM/AD and Project teams;</li><li>Coordination of the appropriate in-country testing activities whenever required Globally or locally;</li><li>Promotion of the new functionalities coming as a part of the Concordia framework or other available enhancements or new Oracle release upgrade activities;</li><li>HR data maintenance (creation, update, de-activation of the HR records in Oracle);</li><li>User access management (requests to Oracle support to create-update-disable Users and Responsibilities);</li><li>Act as first line/second line support for Oracle EBS;</li><li>Various activities related to the integration between local systems: execution systems, or other local systems including support, improvement, troubleshooting;</li><li>Coordinate and train local in-country superusers on new features;</li><li>Scheduling and Control on processes automated in Oracle for a given country;</li><li>Support local IT in enabling access to Oracle environments to the Users;</li><li>Assist with annual audits – provide data to auditors etc.;</li><li>Review items assigned by the ACN FIS AM team through Service Now (ex. “workflow Invalid Approver Report”);</li><li>Ensure that interfacing records with errors in interface tables are cleared;</li><li>Participate in testing of global change requirements in alphabetical rotation:<ul><li>Which countries are affected? Requesting participates always</li><li>“Regression”, confirmation of functionality, depending on intrusiveness 2-5 other countries to test.</li></ul></li><li>Expedite local country services requests and incidents that are “awaiting caller” and “awaiting UAT” and “solution proposed”. Potentially using the first strike rule (report + SNOW dashboard Self Service).</li></ul><h3>Qualifiche</h3><ul><li>College diploma or University degree in the field of computer science and/or 5 years equivalent work experience.</li><li>Experience in Oracle EBS R12 on any of the following process:<ul><li>Order to Cash (O2C)</li><li>Record to Reporting (R2R)</li><li>Procure to Pay (P2P)</li><li>Cash management (Apro)</li><li>Purchase Order</li></ul></li><li>Experience on supporting testing activities including unit testing, regression and user acceptance testing</li><li>Fluent in English (both written and spoken)</li><li>Excellent Excel skills</li><li>Advance knowledge of PowerBi</li><li>Excellent oral communication, listening, interpersonal, and written communication skills</li><li>Willingness to share knowledge with team members, superiors, and users</li><li>Ability to listen to users in a courteous and friendly manner, acknowledge the reality of their problems, translate their descriptions into technical terms, fix the problems, and explain the solutions in terms the users can understand</li><li>Excellent customer service skills, including the ability and willingness to communicate effectively and appropriately in an empathetic and understanding manner.</li></ul><h3>Informazioni aggiuntive</h3><p><em>SGS will contact only those profiles that will be considered most suitable with the position.</em></p><p><em>SGS is committed to equal employment opportunity and prohibits any discrimination on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental disability, veteran status, or any other category protected by applicable law.</em></p><p><a href="https://www.sgs.com/it-it/-/media/sgscorp/documents/corporate/technical-
