We are seeking a highly experienced Test Lead to lead quality assurance initiatives across complex, multi-stream projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in QSR and Retail/Digital environments, along with a proven track record in Agile/SCRUM methodologies and test automation.
Your role
- Lead and manage multiple testing initiatives across diverse projects with competing priorities.
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, delivery models, and solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Drive quality-focused deliveries by understanding the product architecture, solution stack, and business processes.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs), Product Owners, and Testing Leads to ensure alignment and successful execution of quality initiatives.
- Promote and implement optimization strategies including automation, productivity improvements, and test lab efficiency.
- Acquire deep knowledge of customer technology landscapes, system integrations, and operational workflows.
- Provide hands-on project and test management, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, urgency, and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize test management and automation tools such as JIRA, and other industry-standard platforms.
Your skills and experience
- Proven experience in project and test management.
- Strong domain expertise in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) and Retail/Digital sectors.
- Extensive experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and test management platforms (e.g., JIRA).
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs and timelines.
