Reporting to the Assistant Accounting Manager and Accounting Manager, this role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting team-wide efficiency.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage program-specific billing, including the preparation of monthly invoices and proactive follow-up on outstanding accounts receivable</li> <li>Accurately deposit and record all incoming cash receipts</li> <li>Record donations and generate monthly donation reports for review</li> <li>Reconcile credit card expenses and assist cardholders with inquiries</li> <li>Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts to ensure ledger accuracy</li> <li>Verify the accuracy of descriptions on Certificates of Insurance and distribute them to funders in a timely manner</li> <li>Provide cross-functional support and backup coverage for Accounts Payable operations as needed</li> <li>Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least two (2) years of accounting experience, preferably working with non-profits or healthcare clinics.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Competencies:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of the general ledger and accounts receivable.</li> <li>Familiarity with GAAP and understanding of the accounting receivable cycle.</li> <li>Demonstrate
