Roles and Responsibilities

This role utilizes your deep understanding of Product Commerce frameworks (e.g. Attribute Based Modeling) across enterprise data architecture landscape (PLM, ERP, CPQ, MES and CAD systems). While below is a sample of the role, each unique project will provide you the opportunity to develop and grow your capabilities in data architecture in Product Commerce.

• Conduct discussions with client executive leadership on future project proposals, engagement strategy, project roadmap and delivery, and summary readouts
• Lead discussions with business users and cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements in the areas of product portfolio optimization, complexity reduction, modular product platforms, design reuse across Product Engineering, Operations and Commerce. In addition, collaborate with technical solution architects across PLM, ERP and CPQ systems to ensure that the business requirements are technically feasible and scalable.
• Lead high-level functional architecture design, analysis, research, and design for enterprise solution landscape (including PLM / ERP / CPQ / CAD / MES systems); designing solutions for specific areas, such as supply chain, logistics execution, and warehousing
• Lead cross-functional Deloitte teams to deliver complex projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte’s collective knowledge, and helping resolve our clients’ challenges
• Bolster the future of the Product Commerce practice by collaborating on creating innovative solutions, developing talent through training and mentorship, and lead pursuit of new business and revenue development opportunities
• Manage budgeting, resourcing, and financial performance of projects, and ensure that project delivery meets projected financial margin targets. Recruit, train and staff resources on projects to ensure seamless delivery. Supervise teams, set performance goals, conduct performance appraisals
• Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in emerging and future solutions in the areas of Product Commerce and Product Engineering / Operations

Required Qualifications

• Consulting experience managing/executing digital transformation programs in the areas of enterprise product data architecture design, product commerce along with business process design
• Experience in end-to-end Product Commerce design (Hardware-Software-Services and Offer design and Configure-to-Order product data models)
• 10+ years of cross-in
