ServiceNow Integration Lead

Ness Digital Engineering is building a high-performing team to execute a comprehensive Change and Release Management Implementation using ServiceNow (SNOW), Atlassian Jira, and other DevOps tools. The project involves delivering a fully automated, integrated solution for a leading client. The roles require deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and leadership in driving ITSM, ITAM, and integration practices. Location: USA (1 position)Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools like Atlassian Jira, Jenkins, GitHub and other DevOps tools
• Develop custom API solutions to support data exchange and workflow synchronization.
• Ensure secure and reliable data transfer between integrated systems.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop scalable integration solutions. Strong experience in Java and Python for integration 

Key Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow integration development.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, Glide API,  JSON, and XML.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, OAuth, SSO, and secure protocols.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Integration Specialist (preferred).
