The Opportunity
Our location in Kansas City, MO. currently has an opportunity for a Senior Clinic Success Manager. As a Senior Clinic Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team that supports our clinic partners. This strategic leadership position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence, mentoring teams, and enhancing the customer experience. You will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless execution of complex projects and continuous improvement in service delivery.
What You’ll Work On
Lead and manage a team of 4–10 Clinic Success Managers (CSMs), providing coaching, feedback, and performance assessments.
Act as an extension of the leadership team, handling escalations and supporting strategic initiatives.
Oversee multiple, concurrent customer implementations and projects across various products.
Mentor and train Clinic Account Representatives (CARs), and assist with SOP updates and process improvements.
Conduct quality audits, manage QA processes, and ensure compliance with training and job requirements.
Analyze complex data sets to support business objectives and identify trends in customer experience and resource utilization.
Collaborate daily with internal teams and upper management to resolve issues and drive innovation.
Recommend and implement process changes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer-facing roles.
5–7+ years of experience in client success or similar customer-facing roles.
2+ years of people management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce.
Background in the medical software industry or healthcare services.
Knowledge of diagnostic testing, point-of-care testing, infectious disease, and/or toxicology.
Familiarity with medical regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
