The Role:

As an HRIS Analyst at BeyondTrust, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the functionality of our HRIS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate and efficient flow of HR data, provide analytical support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.  Provide guidance to employees and people managers to resolve employee inquiries, issues, and concerns. Recommend and implement effective HR solutions to improve processes and systems. Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics. Assists with ensuring data integrity by addressing real-time data issues, testing system changes, and continually analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Advises and advocates on HR policies and procedures to promote company culture and compliance. 

What You’ll Do:

HRIS Management:

• Prepare, maintain, and update employee data for the HR information system, including hiring, terminating, transferring employees, enacting job changes, and updating pay rates.
• Administer and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Implement updates and system enhancements to optimize HRIS functionality.
• Work closely with the HR team to administer and support all HR system technologies and enhancements that improve HR operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with functional experts to ensure all systems and processes are communicating properly to and from the HRIS platform.
• Maintain system security roles and groups to ensure users are assigned proper security roles. Create/disable users as requested in a timely manner.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Generate custom reports and analytics to support HR and management decision-making.
• Analyze HR data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop, produce, and analyze reports generated on a regular and ad-hoc basis from HRIS system.
• Responsible for data integrity in the system by running queries and analyzing data.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to HR and other end-users on HRIS functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues in a timely manner.
• Assists with projects such as data and workflow management to support ad-hoc HR projects

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 year experience in HR technology, experience with UKG is a plus but not required 
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Experience with Data Analysis and Reporting
• Strong knowledge of HR process and systems
• Knowledge of federal, state or local employment regulations
• Ability to apply sound judgement and discretion in managing work and handling sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of requests in an effective and timely manner
