Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Assisting Branches with operational systems and procedures such as reverse payments, reverse loans, closeouts (balancing, missing checks, cash deposits)
• Answering user inquiries regarding computer software and hardware and try to resolve problems, working with Corporate IT Department for resolution when neccessary 
• Preparing bulk purchase accounts, Live Check list, Military Status reports, mail program and "forgive" fees
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports that provide essential information to the Branch offices that include return checks, refunds, account judgements, settlements, contractual delinquency report and unearned reports

Qualifications

What you should have:

• High School Diploma with minimum 2 years of consumer lending
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
• Computer proficiency; specifically using Microsoft Office software and knowledge of hardware and other computer equipment installation
• Strong mathematical and computation skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage time
• A strong work ethic and the ability to be flexible and adapt to change

 

Base Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $25.00

 

The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the state average.  The actual base hourly offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
