Kitchen Supervisor

Kitchen Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our dining services, including menu planning, food preparation, and food service delivery

• Manage a team of cooks, servers, and other dining staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food presentation

• Develop and implement creative and appealing menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents and patients

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

• Collaborate with the Director of Dining Services to develop and implement strategies to improve dining services and increase customer satisfaction

 

Kitchen Supervisor Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, food service management, or a related field preferred

• Proven track record of leadership, team management, and customer service excellence

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
