The Combat Products team within Raytheon is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to manage the test equipment calibration cycle within the Combat factory. This individual must be self-motivated and will work with a cross functional team including engineering, factory management, program management, and operations assembly and test. The work assignment is an onsite first shift role and standard workdays will be Monday through Friday.
What You Will Do
Manage the scheduling, inventory, calibration, of test equipment and tools
Develop and improve calibration processes.
Work with the test equipment team to understand failure mechanisms and root cause.
Developing single point failure items and creating mitigations plans for said items
Maintain 100% accuracy of the total assist visibility within the maintenance management system
Qualifications You Must Have
High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
1+ year of experience in reading assembly drawings
1+ year of experience in reading circuit schematics
1+ year of experience in using test equipment such at Oscilloscope, DMM, Powers Supplies, Etc.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with EO/IR test sets in a production environment
Hands on experience building or reworking/repairing using mechanical assembly hand tools (e.g. socket set, ball drivers, torque wrench).
Experience using Aramis, Property Management Report System, Vizix RFID tracking system, and SAP in order to track a large number of test assets
Experience working with routers and setting IP addresses for equipment or computers
