Senior DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer

Introduction:
You are a knowledgeable and experienced Senior DevOps Engineering who’s passionate about designing, developing, and implementing automation, monitoring, and maintaining high availability of production and non-production work environment. You’ll work with development and QA teams to deliver highly available, scalable, and maintainable infrastructure. This is an integral role in implementing and executing cloud practices for build management, product release and operation processes.

About You

• 7+ years of experience as a DevOps/Infrastructure engineer
• Experienced in building & maintaining AWS environments/infrastructure
• Working experience with AWS services: ECS (Fargate), ECR, S3, RDS (Aurora), VPC, IAM, QuickSight, CloudFront, CloudWatch, SQS, ElastiCache, Lambda.
• Experienced in building & maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experienced in setting up and automating alerting & monitoring (Datadog, CloudWatch, Sentry)
• Experienced in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Experienced with Python or other scripting languages
• Experienced in supporting customer-facing environments (availability, performance, monitoring, etc.)
• Experience working with containerization (Docker)

Responsibilities

• Build and support best in class solutions for Verifiable AWS cloud infrastructure, including: CI/CD pipeline, Application hosting infrastructure, Data storage and management, Logging, monitoring and alarming
• Collect, analyze, and review operational metrics to monitor system health
• Support our engineering team by improving efficiency through automation and tooling
• Scale and optimize infrastructure performance, maintainability, stability, reliability, and ease of use
• Research and adapt new infrastructure/hosting technologies, tools, and standard methodologies.
• Build, support and run our priority incident handling process
