Sr. Product Owner - Airline Systems Integrations

<h3>Your job</h3> <strong>Mission</strong><br/>As a Product Owner, your mission is to maximize the value of the product by defining and delivering successful solutions in collaboration with the development team and key stakeholders. You will take ownership of a critical area within our rapidly growing organization, focusing on airline systems integrations, primarily handling highly technical back-end systems and customer projects. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and shaping the future of our integrations portfolio.<br/><br/><strong>About the Role</strong><br/>This is a new position created as a result of our rapid growth at Get-E International. As the Product Owner for airline systems integrations, you will take <strong>full ownership of this critical area</strong>. We are looking for a <strong>creative, proactive individual with at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner who can prioritize effectively while also bringing new ideas to life.</strong> Your ability to balance innovation with operational execution will be key to your success in this role. <h3>Your profile</h3> <strong>Responsibilities</strong><br/><ul><li>Collect input, feedback, and insights from all relevant stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business needs.</li><li>Reflect on past releases and team workflows to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Organize and prioritize inputs into a clear backlog, focusing on the most impactful items for development.</li><li>Refine and clarify product problems, ensuring that clear outcomes are set for each iteration.</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders to collect and define detailed product requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ideate and validate solutions that meet business needs.</li><li>Refine solutions to ensure they are ‘ready for development,’ with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Maintain a well-organized backlog with a four-week forward view to ensure the team is always focused on high-priority items.</li><li>Unblock developers by providing necessary business input and clarifications to ensure smooth development.</li><li>Communicate product progress regularly to stakeholders and management, ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables.</li><li>Manage the successful launch of product features and ensure continued implementation and support post-launch.</li></ul><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong><br/><ul><li>At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in technical or back-end systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of airline systems integrations and the technical challenges involved.</li><li>Experience managing complex projects and portfolios with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively.</li><li>Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering value.</li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br/><ul><li>Experience working in the airline or travel technology industry.</li><li>Familiarity with integration platforms and API management.</li><li>Technical background or understanding of system architecture is a plus.</li></ul> <h3>Why us?</h3> <ul><li>A hybrid work setup (3 days at the office and 2 days from home).</li><li>Travel allowance or fully paid NS Business card for commuting.</li><li>The possibility to use the company's cab service 2 times per year.</li><li>25 vacation days per year based on full-time employment.</li><li>Pension scheme.</li><li>Discounts on 40+ companies through the HR system.</li></ul>
