We are hiring a Technical Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technical architecture and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen2. This role requires designing and leading complex integrations across cloud and on-premises systems, particularly within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem including CX Cloud, HCM, and other enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring technical depth, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in integration, automation, and Oracle Cloud services.
As a Technical Lead, you’ll be expected to design and deliver scalable integration architectures, implement robust automation workflows, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and disaster recovery strategies is key to thriving in this role.
Your role
In this role, you will:

Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen2 solutions across cloud and on-premises environments

Implement real-time, batch, and event-driven integrations using Oracle adapters (e.g., REST, SOAP, FTP, JDBC)

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable integrations aligned with best practices

Develop custom UI and SaaS extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)

Guide the team in defining disaster recovery, performance tuning, and process automation strategies within OIC
Your skills and experience
To be successful, you’ll need:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen2 and Oracle Fusion HCM APIs

Strong command of integration patterns, performance optimization, and OIC adapters including CX Cloud

Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services

Proven technical leadership in integration architecture and implementation projects

Excellent communication skills for working across technical and business teams
