Community Liaison

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and community partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and outreach initiatives.
• Advocate for the organization’s mission and goals within the community.
• Identify and assess community needs to inform program development.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences to build trust and engagement.
• Collect feedback from community members to improve outreach efforts.
• Track and report on outreach activities and their impact.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with community stakeholders.
• Experience in community outreach, public relations, or event coordination is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable speaking in public and engaging with diverse groups.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
