Senior Java Architect

Job Description: Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, principles, and guidelines. Develop and communicate architectural roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Provide technical leadership across AWS cloud infrastructure, Java-based applications, Salesforce platforms, and integration of COTS and SaaS solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies. Architect end-to-end solutions that integrate custom applications, third-party platforms, and cloud services. Ensure interoperability, scalability, and security across systems. Partner with business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Present architectural concepts and strategies to executive stakeholders. Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, data privacy, and regulatory standards. Establish architecture review boards and enforce design best practices. Guide development teams in implementing architectural standards. Mentor junior architects and technical leads. Strong understanding of microservices, API management, cloud-native design, and integration patterns. Experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills."
