HR  Advisor

We are looking for a practical and independent HR Advisor with experience in an operational, technical, or industrial environment. We are seeking someone who can effectively interact with management, supervisors, and employees, while also being hands-on enough to independently handle day-to-day HR matters.

Desired experience and background:

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a broad HR advisory role;
• Experience within a technical, industrial, or operational environment is an advantage;
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR processes;
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, absence management, and employee relations;
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Affinity with an international organization and a matrix structure.
