Your Role

As a Pelvic Floor/Women’s Health Specialist, you will:

• Provide specialized Physical Therapy focused on pelvic floor rehabilitation and women’s health in an outpatient setting.
• Design individualized treatment plans addressing pelvic pain, incontinence, pre/postnatal care, post-surgical recovery, and more.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to deliver patient-centered care.
• Build strong connections with patients, colleagues, and the community.
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR system for efficient documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and insurance regulations.

What You Bring

• Education & Licensure:
  • Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current NM Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• Specialized Skills:
  • Training or certification in pelvic floor therapy (or willingness to obtain certification with support from Armada Physical Therapy).
• Personal Qualities:
  • Empathy and strong communication skills to address sensitive patient concerns.
  • Professionalism and composure in high-stress or emergency situations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and handle equipment for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, position, and transfer patients as needed.
