Business Solutions Data Analytics Advisor - Evernorth - Hybrid

This position is an opportunity to aid in the advancement of business solutions by providing consultative advice to leadership on high impact business process improvements within Accredo’s contact center, client, and pharmacy resource centers. This role will work with stakeholders on strategy of the business by examining large data sets using SQL, delivering meaningful new insights, identifying root cause, advising, and driving results. Be responsible for writing SQL code statements to manipulate standard output for use in custom models. Develop ad hoc dashboards to support project performance indicators and collaborate with data and reporting functions on data sources. This role requires independence, analytics, critical thinking, creativity, business acumen, and relentless problem solving to successfully support business partners in achieving our goals.

• Carry out novel analytical approaches to identify root cause and unearth new and actionable insights, prepare findings, drive results, monitor performance indicators, and track results.
• Document and maintain code used in self-service tools.
• Develop, refine, and improve performance metrics and measurement methods.
• Develop analytic solutions in innovative ways to visually identify and represent distinctions in data sets.
• Complete analysis between categories such as call intent or AHT using various analytical methods
• Query data warehouse(s) and other sources using variety of analytic tools available.
• Extract data and develop automated reports, summarizing results and visually drawing conclusions.
• Create data visualizations (e.g. using Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint) and presenting findings to stakeholders and senior leadership; actively looking for ways to share insights with a broader internal audience.
• Develop statistical models using tools such as Tableau, R, and Python
• Collaborate with data engineering and reporting teams to build out actionable data views.
• Collaborate with machine learning teams to develop and improve predictive models.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, operations research, computer science, data science, or related scientific/technical field, preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or satisfactory job performance in the following areas: exposure to modeling methods, including but not limited to data aggregation, time series analysis, forecasting and simulation, statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and outlier detection required.
• Experience in project team collaboration taking a business problem, identifying necessary data, designing an approach to analyzing that data, completing analysis, and visualizing those results to the team.
• Superior analytical, strategic planning, communication and problem solving skills; Experience with SQL, Microsoft Office, Tableau required, and Machine Learning experience preferred.
• Ability to identify existing data sources, retrieve them, and work with teams to get new data sources implemented.
• Knowledge of Contact Center operations, Specialty and healthcare business, customer base, programs, and value propositions, preferred.
• Strong communication skills required for direct communication to cross functional project team members.
• Ability to build strong relationships with peers and project team.
• Ability to work effectively work within a complex, matrix environment.
• Ability to work cross functionally to solve complex problems and improve quality and service.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 95,200 - 158,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
