Summary of Job Duties:

The Physician Assistant (PA) in the Department of Otolaryngology provides high-quality, family-centered care to pediatric patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions at Arkansas Children’s Northwest (ACNW). The PA will collaborate with attending otolaryngologists, residents, nursing staff, and other multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive clinical services, including outpatient clinic care, inpatient consultations, and perioperative management.

This position plays a vital role in supporting the department’s mission of providing exceptional patient care, advancing education, and fostering innovation in pediatric otolaryngology.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

• Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

• Current or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of Arkansas.

• Current BLS and PALS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).

Preferred:

• Prior experience in pediatric otolaryngology, pediatrics, or surgical specialty.
