abra’s Microsoft Data Division is looking for a Data Team Lead with a strong background in BI and Data Engineering. This role combines leadership with hands-on work, managing impactful projects across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a data team.
• Manage end-to-end data projects in a project-based environment.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in BI / Data Engineering.
• At least 2 years of management/leadership experience.
• Experience in a project-based company with exposure to diverse industries.
• Advantage: exposure to AI, SAP/ERP/CRM, Google Cloud / AWS.
• Strong communication, initiative, and ability to lead teams effectively.
