Sr IT Project Manager

Newfold Digital is seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager who will have primary responsibility for defining, planning, tracking and managing the projects they are assigned. 

As the Sr IT Project Manager you will be responsible for identifying key resources and providing the direction required for meeting the project objectives. You will also be responsible for ensuring appropriate management, customer and supplier involvement throughout the life of the project. This position reports to the Sr Manager, IT Project Management Office.   

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.  

• Manages and provides leadership for the delivery of highly complex projects, including those involving AI and machine learning technologies.   

• Able to manage multiple large to medium size projects simultaneously. 

• As part of the IT PMO Team, you will play a key role in providing support, guidance and input on the project management processes, standards, deliverables and operational cadence necessary to ensure consistent project execution. 

• Identify project management coordination process gaps or areas for improvement and recommend and implement solutions, particularly in the context of AI-driven projects.   

• Work with the project teams to develop the scope, schedule, and conditions of satisfaction for a project, while scheduling resources, monitoring task completion, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for business stakeholders 

• Provide leadership to both the IT and business organizations to ensure that the appropriate processes are followed, and deliverables produced. 

• Provide guidance to project teams on risk mitigation.  This includes identification of risks and impacts, communication to the stakeholders on the tradeoffs to drive quick decisions to keep the project moving forward. 

• Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure the project delivers the agreed upon scope within its budget and time constraints, and stakeholders are informed
