This position is a Full-Time role with varied days/shifts (plus additional hours as needed). Candidates living within a commutable distance of Madison, WI, are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilites Include (but are not limited to):

• Demonstrates and promotes the company's vision
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility as appropriate
• Learn sample accession tasks, including opening, entering, tracking, labeling, and disposing of samples.
• The position will be introduced to food, dietary supplements, and Micro samples for entry
• Learn to Coordinate with Client Service Coordinators to establish or update customer service procedures, with guidance, as appropriate.
• Learn to communicate discrepancies to appropriate personnel and assist with problem-solving
• Learns to handle internal customer inquiries, solve problems with assistance, and contact internal clients for clarification as needed
• Assists group with analysis of CAIRs and CAPAs as assigned
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications Include:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field 
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
