Purpose

~ Design, lead and deliver organizational development and talent initiatives including leadership and employee development & career pathing/professional development programs to support high performing teams.

Major Responsibilities

~Under the supervision of Senior Group Manager, Talent Management - design, lead and deliver organizational development and talent initiatives including leadership and employee development & career pathing/professional development programs to support high performing teams.

~Design and Lead High Potential Employee Programs with focus on career growth and geographic mobility.   

~Under the supervision of Senior Group Manager, in collaboration with HR Business Partners, lead talent reviews and succession planning as well as team culture and organization effectiveness initiatives.

~Partner with the Executive team to conduct talent assessments across the organization and use insights to build targeted employee development programs and create a cadence for ongoing learning.

~Coordinate and deliver 360 assessments and deliver feedback and coaching to senior leaders.

~Design, develop and deliver innovative, engaging, and impactful, leadership and professional development programs - consider organization strategy, culture, leadership capabilities, structures, and processes to determine appropriate strategies to drive progress and positive change.

~Initiate coaching and mentoring programs across the organization, be available and support employee questions and needs.

~Partner with managers to build a career mapping process based on departmental and organizational goals.

 

Major Responsibilities (continued)

~In partnership with HRBP team, evaluate and evolve our performance management processes with the goal of producing a process and system that increases performance and improves outcomes.

~Collaborate with management to implement processes and to provide tools/resources that are readily adaptable to support talent and organizational development.

~Establish and apply a data-driven approach to measuring the effectiveness of programs and continuously iterate to improve results.

~Research, lead, and manage team building and team effectiveness activities that includes budgeting, contract negotiations, and vendor management.

~Support the team on all LMS activities that includes scheduling training programs, tracking participation and sharing results with the business.

Authority

~ Make independent HR-related decisions.

Education

~ Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.~ Must be a high school graduate~ Master’s degree a plus

Related Experience

~ Eight plus years of related experience, with a strong foundation of organizational development in a talent management/recruitment, organizational development role with a proven track record of managing organizational development initiatives.

~ Consulting experience is a plus.

~ Automotive experience is a plus.

Skills/Knowledge

~ Must have experience in leading and designing organizational effectiveness programs.

~ Solid knowledge and experience with best practices in leadership development and talent management.

~ Customer Service and results oriented, high attention to detail, critical thinking and with a sense of urgency.

~ Flexibility, adaptability, agility; able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously

~ Demonstrated ability to partner with the executive team on business strategy, organizational design and talent optimization and workforce needs forecasting

~ Strong presentation and project management skills; excellent PowerPoint and communication skills

~ Experience with SAP Success Factors is a plus, or any other LMS experience preferred.

~ Coaching certification is a plus.
