Corporate Actions, Senior Associate

Core Responsibilities
1. Captures, validates, and processes all corporate actions activity.
2. Provides meaningful analysis of corporate action events and works with portfolio managers for election decisions. Ensures election decisions are received by applicable response deadline.
3. Maintains corporate action information databases to ensure information is entered and distributed to internal and external partners.
4. Maintains communication with internal and external partners to resolve issues. Collaborates with the team to research, recommend, and implement process improvements.
5. Maintains operating controls and supports the creation and maintenance of workflow policies and procedures.
6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
