The Job:
As Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations you are responsible for driving operational excellence across the global talent acquisition function. This role will, in partnership with our HRIS team, lead process optimization, ensure technology readiness and enablement, champion change management for new tools and processes, monitor KPIs, and manage 3rd party vendors. You will be part of our corporate team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:
- Partner with business leaders, HR and COEs to identify pain points, and align TA optimization activities to alleviate those pain points
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes to drive processes to their simplest, most efficient state
- Implement and maintain solutions that are focused on selecting the right talent, the first time and creating superior candidate experience
- Oversee technology readiness, in partnership with HRIS, ensuring effective implementation of recruiting tools and technology
- Champion the rollout and adoption of new tools, technologies and processes, ensuring there is robust communication, training and stakeholder engagement that will move others to action in a way that articulates what is in it for them
- Monitor the requisition loads of the talent acquisition team, quickly mobilizing third party recruiters/vendors to support hiring surges
- Partner with TA leaders to analyze whether talent acquisition work is getting done in the right place, by the right person, and assist in the further evolution of the Global TA COE model to ensure right work, right person, right time
- Ensure compliance with global employment laws, data privacy, and company policies in all operational practices
- Analyze and monitor talent acquisition KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and maintaining cost per hire
- Lead and develop a high-performing talent acquisition operations team
The Person:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years’ experience in talent acquisition with a combination of recruiting and talent acquisition operations in an increasing level of responsibility. Experience in actual hands-on recruitment and management of a team of recruiters is a must
- Experience in driving wins in a matrixed, global environment, CPG or multi-industrial preferred
- Proven experience in process optimization, thinking from an end user point of view
- Strong knowledge of recruiting technologies, Workday preferred, and TA analytics
- Exceptional project management skills with an emphasis on driving projects to completion
- Ability to recognize pain points and bottlenecks, work cross-functionally to create value- add solutions
- Can drive quick wins, while focusing on long-term objectives
- Highly collaborative, understands the value of working together to succeed
- Navigates through ambiguity, and can deliver outcomes when a clear path is not immediately evident
- Strong identifier and developer of talent
- Desire to grow into roles of increasing responsibility and scope
