We are looking for a Technical Designer to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and performance. Your Key Responsibilities 

In this role, you will work closely with our Sales organization to develop and design customized metal cutting solutions, with a strong focus on the Automotive, Oil & Gas, and Die & Mold segments. Your goal will be to deliver optimized solutions tailored to specific customer requirements, helping to effectively meet their technical and production needs. Your primary market support will cover Italy, Czech Republic, and Germany. 

You will be involved in reviewing product development requirements to assess their feasibility and alignment with existing manufacturing capabilities. Based on the project scope, you will lead the development and design of new products where creative thinking and innovation are highly valued. 

You will be responsible for handing over finalized methods, processes, and equipment to production teams, ensuring a smooth transition from design to manufacturing. Using CAD systems, you will model new designs and produce precise and detailed engineering drawings and 3D models. 

Your role will also include defining the functional requirements of new products, testing and integrating individual components into final solutions. 

Throughout projects, you will collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners, ensuring all necessary technical documentation is prepared and delivered. all while maintaining compliance with established safety and industry design standards. 

About You 

You hold a university degree in Engineering—ideally with a focus on cutting tools or a related field—and bring at least three years of experience in a similar technical role. You’re skilled at managing both internal and external customer relationships, and you thrive in a collaborative, solution-oriented environment. 

You have hands-on experience with modern CAD systems, and any additional knowledge of CAM or CAE tools is a strong advantage. You are fluent in English and comfortable working in a hybrid setup, splitting your time between the office and remote work.
