Summary
Our Warehouse Associate will be responsible for moving trucks, equipment, trailers, and materials. Assists with incoming and outgoing deliveries. Ensures vehicles, equipment, and materials and handled properly and safely through every transition.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High School/G.E.D. preferred, but not required
- Experience: 6 months - 1 year of warehouse or general construction experience
- Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred, but not required
- Driver's License: Required (Must be able to pull trailers)
- Forklift: Preferred, but not required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to operate large motor vehicles, warehouse equipment, forklifts, and pull trailers
- Some familiarity with small engine repair and maintenance
- Computer skills; Microsoft Office, GPS tracking software, and tool management software
- Knowledge of basic safety techniques and procedures
- Ability to safely secure materials for transfer
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to organize, plan, and execute work assignments
- Possesses interpersonal skills necessary to work on a team
- Ability to read and use a tape measure, mark, or record distances
- General basic knowledge of construction materials and tools involved in construction
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner according to instructions received
Essential Functions
- Operating motor vehicles, various warehouse equipment, and pulling trailers
- Responsible for receiving shipments and readying them for storage or transfer
- Inspecting shipments and assisting in tracking inventory
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job
Physical Demands
- Requires standing up for long periods of time
- Requires use of ladders, scaffolds, and stairways
- Requires ability to climb, lift, balance, walk, and handle materials
- Requires use of abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without giving out or fatiguing
