Fin Assoc Analyst - Travel & Expense

Job Summary:

The Travel & Entertainment Financial Asociate Analyst is responsible for the support of the Global Corporate T&E program, Concur system and corporate card program in accordance with Corporate Finance T&E and Corporate Card policies. Analyst is also responsible for all T&E accounting and reconciliations.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly analytical reviews related to corporate T&E Concur spend.
• Complete ad-hoc reporting in Concur.
• Audit Concur expense reports.
• Participate in Concur projects and provide support as needed.
• Assist team members with Concur expense report questions.
• Provide T&E policy and expense report submission training.
• Assist with Concur and Corporate Card program card management.
• Prepare reconciliations and Intercompany cross-charges.
• Prepartion of monthly expense accruals.
• Assist with accounting master data setups.
• Other Accounting duties and projects as assigned.

 

Total not to exceed 100%; individual responsibilities should be greater than or equal to 5%.

Education/Experience Requirements

• B.S. in accounting/finance or related field required with 2+ years of related experience.
• Concur T&E experience preferred.
• Oracle and/or SAP GL accounting experience preferred.

 

Travel Requirements

              Up to 5%
