As a Manager Quality Engineering SDET you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Quality Engineering team reporting to the Director of Quality Engineering you will support projects including Hilton.com and other Hilton software applications.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Research, develop, and initiate advanced automated testing methodologies
• Define processes for test design and execution activities
• Manage execution of QA, UAT, and Post-Release testing and the quality of the applications
• Ensure a feedback loop for defects to improve quality and improve resource efficiencies
• Develop, and set goals for direct reports

How you will collaborate with others:

• Collaborate with QE Managers, and DevOps team members for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with our application development teams to understand application architecture, risks, and quality needs.
• Attend organizational meetings to develop test strategies, methodologies, and improvements in application delivery.

What deliverables you will take ownership of: 

• You will focus on a variety of Hiltons’ applications utilizing a variety of technologies. These projects include deliverables that are used internally and externally across the globe.
