Here’s the Gist  

Wolfspeed is seeking a Procurement CoE Analyst for Strategic Sourcing.  Procurement CoE Analyst for Strategic Sourcing will be responsible for supporting commodity management activities by developing and improving commodity team’s standard processes. Procurement COE Analyst also will be responsible for supporting the high-level Procurement-related activities to refine the Procurement group’s long-term strategic vision.

The Day-to-Day:

• Identify current status on sourcing process, gaps and opportunities for improvement to ensure commodity management activity efficiency.
• Consult with global commodity teams on strategic sourcing and coordinate strategy reviews.
• Liaise with the IT organization to define and prioritize system tools and reporting needs.
• Drive and manage end-to-end process improvement projects for strategic sourcing initiatives where cross-functional support is required. 
• Establish and define rules of engagement and cadence for standardized processes and meetings (i.e. Business Review).
• Identify training opportunities and develop training plans to support commodity management activities.  

• Provide support as the strategic sourcing subject matter expert in strategic sourcing activities.
• Build strong, effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  
• Conduct internal audit to assure proper process is being followed.
• Assist procurement leadership team in analyzing and prepare data to support KPI and leadership objectives.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

• BS in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain related field and 5+ years of direct experience in commodity management and/or procurement center of excellence
• Excellent analytical and project management skills with strong prioritization and problem-solving mindset
• Responsive and highly effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to senior management
• Working Knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP (Ariba and S4), Visio and MS Office
• Knowledge in creating policy/instruction documentation and process mapping is preferred
• Comfortable with working on data using data analytics tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
• Self-motivated, accountable, and desire for continuous improvement
