*Data & Digital Strategy: Champion data governance, analytics, and cutting‑edge digital solutions to unlock insights and accelerate automation.
*Exception Management: Build proactive, tech‑enabled processes that reduce operational disruption and improve network resilience.
*Fleet Readiness: Ensure fleet availability, quality, and financial efficiency across multiple channels.
*Operational Excellence: Drive One Best Way processes, eliminate inefficiencies, support regulatory compliance, and lead cost‑saving initiatives.
*Safety & Compliance: Shape regulatory strategy, guide risk mitigation, and ensure alignment with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other key standards.
*Shipping & Transportation: Design optimized routing, vehicle utilization, and omnichannel flow strategies.
*Vendor & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with strategic suppliers and internal partners to unlock new opportunities.
