Job Description

- Manage customer communications by promptly responding to inquiries via email and other channels, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Utilize ServiceM8 software to create professional quotes and invoices, maintaining accurate financial records
- Orchestrate efficient job scheduling and preparation, optimizing the company’s service delivery
- Craft engaging social media content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, showcasing the company’s exceptional work and building brand awareness
- Coordinate business communications across various platforms, including potential use of WhatsApp, to ensure smooth information flow
- Handle diverse administrative tasks related to job preparation and follow-up, contributing to overall operational efficiency
- Collaborate closely with the business owner to support company growth initiatives and improve processes
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, with ServiceM8 experience being a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft professional and engaging messages
- Basic understanding of electrical terminology and parts, with a willingness to learn and expand knowledge in this area
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools, coupled with a creative flair for engaging posts
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new software and business processes as the company grows
- Availability to work 20 hours per week initially, with potential for increased hours as the business expands
- Comfortable working within Australian business hours to ensure seamless communication with the Perth-based team
