You’ll collaborate with our Product Managers and UX Researchers to bring a plethora of concepts and product evolution, you’ll work daily with developers to validate the technical feasibility of your proposals and to ensure the fulfillment of your craft, and you’ll also be connected with other Back Markets functions (Business, Operations, Brand, etc.) to help articulate the needs and expectations of the customer and the business.<br/>As an experienced designer, you’ll own the design voice for the After-Sales Experience of Back Market Sellers and Customer Care agents. You will build strong relationships with product squads, business stakeholders, and other designers to deliver impactful results. You’re at the stage of your career where you love the details of design, can effortlessly demonstrate design autonomy within a cross-functional team, and are looking for an opportunity to challenge your continued growth. <h3>YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🏅</h3> <ul> <li>Partnering with product managers and engineers to build, maintain, and evolve Back Market’s After-Sales Experience.</li><li>Contribute to the road mapping, advocating for the right approach, and execution to ensure a best-in-class seller and agent experience.</li><li>Collaborating with user researchers to bring clarity to ambiguous problems with relevant customer insights, and consulting quantitative and qualitative data to inform your design decisions.</li><li>Advocating for and facilitating design methods and tools to help your team deliver solutions that work for our customers, sellers, customer service agents, and business.</li><li>Ensuring clarity and comprehension in your or your team’s proposed ideas and solutions from conception to delivery through proper documentation and tidy working practices.</li><li>Mentoring more junior team members to continue to build our design maturity and team growth </li></ul> <h3>YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐</h3> <ul> <li>You are perfectly fluent in english. </li><li>You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer</li><li>Experience designing for a marketplace and/or designing for B2B users and/or enterprise-level product is a plus</li><li>You have solid experience working in a design &amp; research team and can talk about how you have worked with stakeholders to deliver impact in dynamic environments</li><li>You demonstrate knowledge of design methods and craft.
