Job Summary
As the Senior Manager, Concept to Consumer (CtC) Operations, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the successful execution of Levi’s new CtC vision and strategy. This role is focused on translating strategic direction into actionable plans, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned and equipped to implement new ways of working in service of our consumers. You will lead the implementation of new processes, drive change management efforts, and document ways of working to support operational excellence. This role is ideal for a highly organized, collaborative project leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about making strategy executable.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate the CtC strategy into clear, actionable plans that guide teams toward shared goals.
- Design and lead collaborative workshops with cross-functional teams to develop and refine new processes and ways of working.
- Lead cross-functional projects that support alignment and execution across key portions of the CtC process, particularly between Planning, Merchandising, and Design.
- Create early-stage prototypes or beta versions of new deliverables to gather input and refine solutions with functional experts.
- Support the adoption of new processes by guiding teams through change and promoting continuous improvement.
- Document and communicate decisions, workflows, and best practices to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability.
- Facilitate key meetings to drive alignment, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication across teams.
- Monitor progress against project goals, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and proactively identify and address potential risks.
- Collaborate with technology partners to ensure digital solutions support business needs and streamline operational processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
6–8 years of experience in strategy, business operations, merchandising, planning or other related functions.
Demonstrated success in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and regional teams.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working in matrixed organizations and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
