The Commercial Analyst, Personal Care will manage the day-to-day tasks related to sales & profit creating business insights and supporting the execution of key processes in the commercial space, e.g. allocations, demand/supply matching, and Pricing Strategy implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the monthly order management process by ensuring demand/ supply balance is maintained in the region while working closely within all functions of the commercial team, including customer service, demand / supply planner and global colleagues
• Contribute and improve on the regional product allocation process by providing order status reports on material under control distribution
• Review gaps and create transparency for the commercial, planning and sales teams
• Maintain quarterly updates to SAP list pricing
• Analyse sales order pipeline by comparing order intake vs. forecast and budget.  Help to facilitate corrective actions for demand and supply harmonization
• Maintain a current knowledge on the SAP processes and work closely with account management team to maintain a business continuity
• Challenge existing business operation processes and drive for continuous improvement

You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree – in business, economics, digital, mathematics
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent problem solver. Ability to think outside the box
• Ability to define & keep long term perspective while dealing and resolving with day-to-day issues
• High proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point and SAP
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in collaborating across a global organization and manage various stakeholders
