Customer Support Specialist - German/Spanish/French Language (Czech Republic)

<h2>About the job</h2> <p>The Red Hat Support Delivery team is looking for a fluent German/Spanish/French speaker with an interest in learning about Linux and other Red Hat technologies to join us as Customer Support Specialist in Brno, Czech Republic. In this role, you will work as part of a multicultural and multilingual customer-facing technical support team that handles support requests from enterprise customers via telephone and web tickets. You’ll cooperate with technical support engineers by providing high-quality translations from German or other European language (French or Spanish) to English. You’ll maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, own the communication between customers and senior engineers, and collaborate with a global technical team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will get an opportunity to attend both technical and non-technical training.
