<p><b>Who we are</b></p> <p> </p> <p>We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a specialized focus on Dynatrace to join our growing technology team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining automated infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring solutions and ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of DevOps principles, cloud infrastructure and a strong command of observability tools, particularly Dynatrace</p> <p> </p> <p><b>What you'll be doing</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Prepare and conduct Dynatrace trainings, workshops, and webinars </li> <li>Advise on best practices for leveraging Dynatrace to monitor, analyse, and optimize cloud-native and hybrid environments, as well as ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations</li> <li>Participate to the architectures and designs of large-scale platforms</li> <li>Provide hands-on services for systems management and monitoring functions, cloud architecture and styles (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) and related technologies</li> <li>Provide Dynatrace tool consulting and Dynatrace technical support services </li> <li>Responsible with the creation of complex dashboards to support business-driven objectives </li> <li>Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including process flows, user guides, and technical specifications</li> <li>Collaborating with subject matter experts, documenting processes and procedures and ensuring that documentation is accessible and user-friendly</li> <li>Contribute to the technical documentation of the Dynatrace tool </li> <li>Empower teams to use Dynatrace effectively for monitoring and troubleshooting</li> <li>Identify areas for improvement in monitoring processes and Dynatrace usage and implement best practices  and new features to enhance monitoring capabilities</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>What you'll bring along</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/ or similar field of study/or equivalent working experience is required</li> <li>A min 5-7 years demonstrable experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineer role</li> <li>Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps</li> <li>Solid knowledge of IT Infrastructure: Understanding of network, server, and application architectures</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud architecture and styles (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) and and virtual environments</li> <li>Strong understanding of application performance monitoring and management in Dynatrace</li> <li>Supports with alert configuration and management: set up alerts for critical thresholds and anomalies &amp; manage alerting strategies to minimize false positives and ensure timely responses</li> <li>Proficiency in Dynatrace software, including installation, configuration, and optimization</li> <li>Experience with Dynatrace SaaS in Grail is a mandatory pre-requisite</li> <li>Previous experience in IT services or a similar role with a focus on Dynatrace as a monitoring solution.</li> <li>Experience with deploying and managing Dynatrace in various environments</li> <li>Staying updated with the latest Dynatrace features and industry best practices</li> <li>Working with Kanban</li> <li>Compliance with DORA requirements</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English</li> </ul>
