Job Description
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Event Setup Staff to support the preparation and breakdown of event spaces. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that each event is executed smoothly, safely, and according to client expectations. You will work closely with team members to transform venues into polished, functional, and visually appealing environments.
Responsibilities
Assist with the setup and dismantling of event equipment, furniture, staging, and décor
Follow layout plans and instructions to ensure accurate event preparation
Maintain organization and cleanliness of event spaces before, during, and after events
Support logistics and coordination efforts on-site
Ensure all materials are handled safely and responsibly
Work collaboratively to meet timelines and event standards
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Good communication and organizational skills
Physically capable of handling setup tasks and standing for extended periods
Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings when required
