IMEGAbout the role
IMEG is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, CA, to provide day-to-day administrative support for assigned Structural teams. This role helps keep team operations organized by using and reviewing IMEG standard document templates, working within the team’s monetary budget, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations.
Principal Responsibilities
• Follow and promote IMEG standards
• Support assigned teams and assist other teams as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of project/client, corporate, and employee matters
• Work with engineering specifications for all applicable disciplines
• Attend and actively contribute to group meetings
• Support problem-solving efforts with the engineering team
• Answer phones as needed
• Arrange meetings and travel for the team or office as needed
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipping as needed
Required Qualifications and Skills
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Associate degree preferred
• 2 years of experience minimum required, 3 preferred, in administration
• Experience with engineering administration preferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work with staff of all levels
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong customer service orientation coupled with the ability to exhibit and maintain a positive attitude
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and flexible

State of California Salary Range: $62,400.00 - $76,300.00 Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
