The ideal CNA candidate will:

• Have an active Certified Nurse Assistant license for the state of New York
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Have a strong comprehension of the English language which includes reading, writing, and speaking fluently
  
• Have experience working as a geriatric CNA, which is highly desirable
  
• Have prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (preferred, but not required)
  
• Experience with SigmaCare (preferred, but not required)
